Returns

LODGE A RETURN 

To request a return, please head to our Return Centre and lodge your returns. We will send you the return label after your lodge is approved so you can send your items back to us. Returns are usually processed within 5 business days of receipt and you’ll receive an email detailing your return once this has been done.

HEAD TO RETURN CENTRE and lodge your returns there, you'll be sent a free return label from us and you can ship the item back to us!

If you believe an item you've purchased from us is faulty, incorrect or you're missing an item, contact us at customerservice@risqueen.com.au with images of the fault. All claims need to be made within 30 days of receiving your order. 

For Australian and US customers, the cost of the returns label will be deducted from your return outcome, whether it be a store credit or a refund. Please read further information as follows.


RETURN POLICY
 

All returned orders will be issued with refund to the value of the item(s) returned via the original payment method. You must submit your return request within 30 days of placing your order. Change of mind includes any reason other than where an item is deemed to have a major fault by our customer care department, including instances where a style didn't suit you or did not fit how you wanted or expected it to. You must submit your return request within 30 days of placing your order. 

RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED WHEN:

• Items are in their original condition.
• Items are in their original packaging.
• Tags remain attached to garments.
• Garments are unworn, unwashed and unstained.

WE DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS FOR THE FOLLOWING:

• Products received without authorisation.
• Products purchased during a promotional sale period or on markdown/final sale.
• Underwear, lingerie, or swimwear bottoms (including one pieces and sets).
• Garments that have inbuilt underwear sewn into them.
• Products received in a condition other than their original condition.
• Products without their tags attached.
• Products that appear worn, smell of perfume, smoke, deodorant or body odour.
• Products that are marked or damaged in any way, that includes, fake tan, deodorant and makeup.

Our returns department has the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet the original condition. In this instance, the returned item WILL NOT be sent back to the consumer.

Our returns policy is in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

For all items except sale items we offer free returns!

Please note, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered returned parcels.
